Everything you need to know about Rebel Moon

Rebel Moon is a two-movie sci-fi epic from the mind of Zack Snyder, focusing on a colony whose survival rests in the hands of a woman named Kora.

The films are based in a fictional galaxy that’s ruled by the tyrannical Regent Balisarius, whose military is known as The Imperium.

When they take aim at the farming colony, which is based on the moon of Veldt, former soldier Kora sets out to recruit allies from across the galaxy to try and take the Imperium down before it’s too late.

Chapter One, which was released in December 2023, was originally titled A Child of Fire, while Chapter Two: The Scargiver was released in April 2024.

In August 2024, Zack Snyder released new cuts of each movie, renaming them and adding new material that included more violent aspects and storylines.

They are now called Chapter One: Chalice of Blood and Chapter Two: Curse of Forgiveness.
