- It can take up to 10 working days to transfer your broadband service to a new address.
- If your current package is available in your new area, you can retain your speed and pricing. If not, you may need to upgrade or downgrade to a different offering. Use our postcode checker to explore your options and get in touch if you need to make any changes.
- No. If you’re switching from another provider, the One Touch Switch process means we’ll handle the cancellation for you.
- If you’re a Sky VIP customer, your home move is free. If not, it will cost £50. If you’re a new customer switching to Sky, you may have to pay your old provider an exit or termination fee.

Speed Guarantee: Comes with any Sky Broadband and NOW Powered by Sky Broadband product. If the download speed to your Sky Hub drops below your guaranteed minimum download speed for three consecutive days or more, you will have the right to leave your broadband and Talk contracts without incurring early termination charges either at that point or within 30 days of us confirming that the issue can’t be resolved. You can also upgrade your broadband product without any upfront fees.
This applies anytime within your minimum term. Total loss of service and Major Service Outages do not count towards three-day periods, such as if your broadband stops working completely, or you can’t use the internet on any of your devices and it’s not a WiFi problem.
