Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema customers with pre-existing Disney+: If you currently pay for Disney+ directly through Disney on a monthly subscription and choose to take the same Disney+ plan through Sky, your billing with Disney will be paused, and you will be billed by Sky. If you later cancel your Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema subscription, your Disney+ subscription and billing will automatically transfer back to Disney, and you will continue to be billed by Disney.
If you currently pay for an annual Disney+ subscription directly through Disney and choose to take the same Disney+ plan on a monthly rolling basis through Sky, Disney will refund to you the unused value of your annual subscription. Once that refund has been processed, your direct Disney+ subscription will end. If you later cancel your Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema subscription (as applicable), your Disney+ subscription will not automatically transfer back to Disney.
If you currently pay for Disney+ directly through Disney but take a different Disney+ subscription plan through Sky, or if you currently pay for Disney+ through a provider other than Disney, activating this service via Sky may result in two Disney+ subscriptions. • Clause 14.3 is replaced with the following: "This minimum term will continue after your minimum term until it is ended in accordance with this condition 14."
