Everything you need to know about the Paramount+ drama, Bull

Bull follows the story of Dr. Jason Bull and the team at the Trial Analysis Corporation, a consultancy firm that aids lawyers with jury selection.

A psychologist and trial-science expert, Bull and the team assess potential jurors, helping his clients get the right people on the bench for the trial. He also helps lawyers decide their arguments in order to win the jurors over.

The series is loosely inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw – best known as TV’s Dr. Phil – who would rise to fame in the 1990s as a guest star and psychologist on The Oprah Winfrey Show before landing his own series.

He is credited as a creator and executive producer on the series.

Bull launched in 2016 and continued through to 2022.
