As the property market struggles with the waves brought about by the Brexit referendum, so do property firms at home and abroad. This series follows the personal and professional lives of two separate British families who have set up property businesses in Spain as they adjust to a changing market. The Garner family relocated from Cannock near Birmingham to Mojacar, Almeria, while the Rodriguez family emigrated from Liverpool to Benijofar, and both families specialise in flogging properties to prospective British buyers that are looking to invest in their stake in the sun.
