TV Essentials: As you have taken our TV Essentials pack, we need to make some changes to the standard Sky Q terms and conditions that appear at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-terms-and-conditions and in your Sky Q contract booklet. Changes to 'Your contract for UK residential TV services' whilst you have Sky TV Essentials: • PVR functionality shall be considered a TV subscription service for the purposes of your contract and you can disregard all of Clause 8 relating to PVR functionality. • Clause 14.3 is replaced with the following: "This contract will continue after your minimum term until it is ended in accordance with this condition 14."
