Vinnie’s Best Outfits: A Style Icon Hero Image
He might not know it, but Vinnie O’Neil is becoming quite the fashion icon. With a fantastic range of casual outfits (and yet very little wardrobe space in his shack) Vinnie’s a trendsetter for those who want to look the way you feel. Here’s our pick of his best fashion moments, as well as where you can shop the look.

Camo Jacket – Season 1, Episode 1

Considering Vinnie’s life is all about finding ways to survive, it’s fitting that one of the first outfits we see him style out is this camo jacket. It’s an infectious trend – Erin gets her own camo style later in the series. Maybe Michelle’s been nicking stuff from his wardrobe…

Pastel Purple Jacket – Season 2, Episode 2

Vinnie is born again at the start of season two. After faking his own death to dodge some heat from the local crime lord, Vinnie is finally given the green light to come out of hiding and celebrates in style with a big dance number and this punchy look. Tied together with a purple sweater, it’s a bold look for a new man.

Oversized Quilted Jacket - Season 2, Episode 5

Sometimes classic looks are the best. Vinnie’s oversized jacket suits his wiry build, and the extra length gives him a sense of gunslinger cool. Vinnie’s wardrobe contains plenty of monotone black selections, hyper neons and calming comforting beiges – for a guy whose internal thoughts can be overwhelming, his clothes reflect that unsettled mindset.

Oversized Fluffy Sweatshirt – Season 2, Episode 5

It gets pretty chilly up in Hawley when the autumn kicks in, so it’s good to have a giant jumper on hand. Vinnie pulls this off by having it match his hair, which is freshly bleached for series two.

Beige Mac Coat – Season 3, Episode 1

In season 3, we find Vinnie fresh out from a stay in prison - this is about as smart as he gets as he attempts to lay low for a while. Matched with a white shirt and jeans, it’s a cool, understated look that says: “I’d rather not get involved with your bull semen heist, thanks very much.”

Pink Gilet – Season 3 Episode 8

It takes a brave person to wear a neon pink gilet, but as any Brassic fan knows, Vinnie is a guy who can pull anything off. You might think it’s difficult to find one for men, but we’ve scoured the internet so you don’t have to.

Grey Berghaus Jacket – Season 4, Episode 1

Sometimes if you’re feeling down and missing a loved one, just like Vinnie in season 4, then comfort is king. So there’s nothing better to match this casual jacket than tracksuit bottoms, a pair of crocs and neon pink socks.

Classic Blue Zipped Nike Tracksuit, Season 4, Episode 4

Fans of Brassic will know that running around the countryside helps to keep Vinnie out of his own thoughts, so it makes sense that a lot of his wardrobe is activewear. You can’t get more iconic than a Nike tracksuit, and Vinnie can be seen rocking one in various colours throughout the series – although for us the blue ticks all the right boxes.

Olive Waxed Baseball Cap, Season 4, Episode 8

Because everyone can be a little sensitive about their hairline from time to time…
