Episode Recap
The Franchise is comprised of eight episodes, starting a month into the production of Tecto: The Eye of the Storm.
Behind schedule and with extras dropping left and right thanks to the claustrophobia-inducing make-up effects, the studio executives are keeping a keen eye on the production in order to try and have a hit on their hands.
All first assistant director Daniel needs to do is make sure the job’s done – though that’s easier said than done.

Episode 1: Day 34 of 117 - Tecto meets Eye
In a pivotal scene where our hero Tecto (Adam) meets the villain Eye (Peter), Daniel has his work cut out for him as the studios start questioning director Eric’s vision.
New producer Anita and brand executive Pat arrives on the set, and is a familiar face from Daniel’s past, while his new over-eager third assistant Dag gets to grips with his first day on the job.
A tweak to the set causes a potential disaster for the entire shoot.
Episode 2: Day 35 of 117 - The Invisible Jackhammer
A big stunt day is disrupted by an emergency meeting called by the new producers, sending everyone into a panic.
Lead actor Adam begins to fear his capabilities as a leading man, and about the optics of his invisible jackhammer superweapon.
Daniel tries to talk to Anita as more elements of Eric’s vision is culled, while veteran actor Peter makes no secret he’s not happy at being second on the call sheet.
A meeting with Pat gives Anita some worrying news.
Episode 3: Day 51 of 117 – The Lilac Ghost
Anita has a meeting with brand executive Pat about the studio’s “woman problem” as actress Quinn prepares for her last scene on set.
Daniel and Eric butt heads over who to cast as a corpse, interjection from Anita demands the team add some more superpowers to its female characters.
Adam starts having abnormal side effects from his efforts to look more jacked up, while a last minute rewrite causes more problems.
A leak from the set seems to trigger their worst fears.
Episode 4: Day 65 of 117 – Enter The Gurgler
Today is cameo day, with the cast and crew excited to welcome a mystery A-lister on the Tecto set, tying them to the larger franchise.
However, after the star pulls out after some last-minute reshoots, they’re instead landed with the arrival of The Gurgler.
Desperate to have anyone else, the crew head to the set next door to see if they can nab someone from the set of Centurios 2 – but Eric is left at breaking point when one of his key props is stolen.
Adam enlists the help of script supervisor Steph to help him with his improv in order to compete with an old co-worker.

Episode 5: Day 78 of 117 – Eric’s Hospital Scene
Peter is left delighted when he’s given the opportunity to appear in Centurios 2, but it causes a slight continuity error.
Anita is told to find a way to add some very specific product placement into the movie in order to appease the Chinese market, while Eric’s power after his radical move goes to his head, resulting in a PR catastrophe.
Adam’s imposter syndrome prompts him into a strange proposal for Dag as he ups his health efforts.
CGI actor Rufus gets the opportunity for a major career break.
Episode 6: Day 80 of 117 - Baptism of Fire
Morale is at an all-time low as the crew come to the end of a week of night shifts, and not even free giant Jenga sets are helping.
Adam offers to help boost spirits with a free concert of his band, while Eric and Peter prepare to shoot a dramatic scene involving a fireball.
But Peter has a personal issue that won’t go away, and Eric is left panicking in the knowledge Christopher Nolan could be coming to visit.
When tensions reach a new height, Daniel takes the opportunity to sort things out himself.
Steph’s flirtation with Rufus reaches a new level.
Episode 7: Day 92 of 117 – The Bridge
The shoot heads to Armenia to blow up a culturally significant bridge for the movie
Eric’s behaviour gets more erratic, causing Daniel to seek the opportunity to step up, which seems to intrigue Anita.
A local sick boy gets the opportunity to visit the set while executive Pat is left stewing after comments from Martin Scorsese.
Things turn sour between Steph and Rufus, while a rare protected bat threatens to shut down the entire shoot.
Episode 8: Day 100 of 117 – The Death of The Eye
As Pat prepares for Comic-Con, Anita is tasked with creating his speech, where she discovers the future of Tecto is in the balance.
During Peter’s last day on set, Daniel and the team scramble to try and save the film, pushing Dave from VFX to the brink of his sanity.
A lockdown at the studio causes rising tensions between Daniel and Eric, as Maximum Productions makes a decision on the film’s future.
