BBC programme `Antiques Road Trip' sees teams of collectors venturing on a trip across Britain in search of hidden treasures at bargain prices. They then head to auctions, where they put the collectibles up for bid and hope to make a tidy profit. The antiques featured range from typical items like household goods to one-of-a-kind finds that sometimes include unique historical artefacts. Tim Wonnacott narrates the teams' efforts, which are aided by the sage guidance of antiques experts.
