James Martin's American Adventure

Chef and motoring enthusiast James Martin embarks on a culinary road trip through the United States of America. Starting his journey in California, Martin travels across the country with a fine selection of vehicles, including a Pontiac and a classic Harley-Davidson. Over the course of the series, Martin makes numerous stops in locations such as Dallas, New Orleans, Philadelphia, and New York. As well as sampling and cooking a number of local delicacies, Martin also gets the chance to partake in a series of unforgettable cultural experiences, including surfing, winemaking, and line dancing.
