Acclaimed chef John Torode sets out on a round tour of Korea to cook up some of the most popular classic and contemporary Korean dishes around and whips up his own take on his favourites. On his journey, John checks out traditional tofu makers, Korean glamping and barbecue, bulk kimchi production and barugongyang produced by Buddhist monks. From the urban sprawl of Seoul to the far, rural reaches of the nation, John travels to people's homes and kitchens to explore every niche of popular Korean food.
