Star Trek: Voyager

When Tuvok is returning to the ship following an away mission, he is attacked by a mysterious enemy and suffers severe brain damage. (S6, ep 6)

Travelling through space, Voyager comes across a labyrinth of subspace tunnels. The ship and its crew are soon attacked and forced to land. (S6, ep 7)
