Stein explores the various cultures in different parts of the city and how they influence the food in each region. It all leads up to the final episode, when Stein brings six of the best recipes he discovers to a panel of British curry aficionados to see if British people like the dishes as much as people do in India and if they are a worthy contender to the popular chicken tikka masala.
