Jamaican-born Levi Roots is a reggae-music performer, celebrity chef, cookbook author and successful businessman. His entrepreneurial career was launched on the British television show `Dragons' Den', when his jerk chicken sauce wowed the show's investors and paved the way for his flavourful products to reach store shelves. As host of this series, the multitalented Levi travels through the United Kingdom and his native country introducing viewers to the vibrant tastes and healthy ingredients of Caribbean food, and demonstrating easy ways to prepare the cuisine.
