Reflecting its mission to present a kaleidoscope of human emotions and experiences, Discovery Life Channel profiles a group of women from Kansas City, Missouri - all friends, some couples - who are transgender. The five-episode series - the first of its kind, the network says, to embed with real-life friends within the transgender community - confronts relationship, femininity, family and friendship matters as the ladies navigate daily struggles and successes. The cast includes on-again/off-again couple AiYana and Jaimie; married pair Macy and Sharon; best friends Kassidy and Chloe, who are experiencing their transitions together; and Robyn and Andrew, who are thinking about getting engaged.
