Everything you need to know about Sky Original series Mr Bigstuff

Mr Bigstuff follows life in suburban Essex, where nervy carpet salesman Glen is trying to live as quiet a life as possible and get over his erectile dysfunction for fiancé, Kirsty.

However, his life is completely upended when his estranged brother Lee crash lands back into his life – complete with a prescription drug addiction and a biscuit tin full of what looks like their Dad’s ashes.

Catching up with his brother while on the run from his own troubles, reckless Lee thinks Glen will be able to help him out. But as he moves in with the couple, their perfect lives begin to unravel faster than a cheap carpet.

Launching in 2024, Mr Bigstuff – created by star Ryan Sampson, who plays Glen – became a smash-hit, with Danny Dyer later winning a BAFTA for his performance as the chaotic Lee.

In its second series, released in 2025, Lee and Glen are left shaken after realising their father – the one whose ashes Lee has been carting about – is actually still alive.

To make things worse, Kirsty is being blackmailed by a mystery assailant who is intent on scamming money out of her to keep a secret that could destroy her relationship.

…. But on the plus side there’s a fight in a ball pit.
