What happens in And Just Like That...: Season 2 Finale – ‘The Last Supper Part Two: Entrée’?
Warning: Major spoilers ahead
Carrie
As Carrie prepares to say goodbye to her beloved apartment with one ‘last supper’, she receives a call from Samantha, who tells her from the back of her cab that she won’t be able to make it due to fog in London. Instead, she says her own farewell to the flat via speakerphone.
The night comes to an end and Carrie blows out the candles now all the guests have gone, only to be surprised by Aidan, who breaks his own rule and finally walks back into the apartment he’s hated for so long. However, it’s not good news, with him revealing he won’t be coming back to New York after all, as his son Wyatt needs him in Virginia.
Carrie offers to spend more time in Virginia but Aidan shuts the idea down asking for time - five years to be exact. Not wanting to lose him, she agrees.
After a night together, Carrie says goodbye to Aidan and the countdown clock to five years’ time starts. To toast what lies ahead, she joins Seema on a much-needed trip to Greece.
Charlotte
After a wild night out with her new work colleagues, Charlotte wakes up feeling more than a little fragile – but has to quickly deal with Anthony needing advice on his relationship with Giuseppe, and Harry asking for her help.
Having enough, Charlotte gets the courage to tell her husband that she needs more support around the house, and it can start by getting Anthony to leave so she can recover from her hangover in peace.
Miranda
Miranda finally heads down to visit Steve’s new bar, where she tells him that she doesn’t want to be a stranger in his life.
At Carrie’s dinner, Miranda comes face-to-face with Che following their split. Che takes the opportunity to apologise for their offensive stand-up routine.
With things now settled, Miranda gets the chance of a lifetime to appear on the BBC as a human rights expert. Saying goodbye to Carrie’s apartment, she runs to make it in time for the report and follows things up by grabbing drinks with BBC producer, Joy.
Nya
Nya finds out she’s been elected to the prestigious American Law Institute, but her good news makes her realise she has no one to share it with.
Thankfully she doesn’t have to worry too long. At Carrie’s dinner, she runs into Toussaint, who will be cooking for them in the evening.
Soon, the pair are very obviously flirting, marking a potential new start for the academic.
Seema
After declaring her love for Ravi, Seema is left feeling vulnerable about what comes next. To make matters worse, Ravi keeps getting called away during the dinner, with his latest film project taking up so much of his time.
When Ravi leaves for Egypt to work on his film for the next five months, Seema decides not to put her life on hold for him. Seizing an opportunity for a girls’ trip, she calls Carrie and invites her to Greece, where they bond over how they’re both waiting for their significant others to return while sipping cocktails on the beach.
