One of the U.K.'s longest-running series, "Taggart" is a gritty detective show based in Glasgow, Scotland. The show follows detectives in the Maryhill CID of Strathclyde Police as they investigate crimes, often murders. The personal relationships of the officers and their families is also explored in the series.

Episode 1Evil Eye

When a gypsy is found murdered in her caravan, Taggart and Jardine suspect a connection with a London jewel raid in which a young policeman was murdered.

Episode 2Death Comes Softly

Taggart and Jardine hunt for the connection between elderly victims, killed in similar circumstances. They are helped by a young Police Constable, Jackie Reid.

Episode 3Rogues' Gallery

A body is found in a car that has been put through a crusher. Taggart and Jardine investigate a case that seems to link the world of drug pushers with the world of artists.
