Episode 1Hellfire

Did Greg Martin kill his father? The police believe he did, but they can't prove it. When Taggart inherits the case, he realises what complications and dangers lie ahead.

Taggart is promoted to Acting Superintendent. When two young girls and the wife of a leading suspect are murdered, Taggart starts to wonder whether Jardine and Reid are up to the job.

Episode 3Black Orchid

When stage hypnotist Tony Sabina finds his career in tatters, he decides to get even with those who have contributed to his downfall. Jardine and Reid are on the case.
