Monica Galetti and her travelling companion work alongside staff in the world's most spectacular hotels. They explore the hidden gems that everyday people never get to see and are thrown right into the hustle and bustle of the everyday lives of the hotel staff. As well as working with the staff, they also spend some time with them to find out what their lives are like outside of the hotel. Travelling to Singapore, Ecuador and elsewhere across the world, they discover what life is like beyond the lobby.
