If you've got Sky Cinema, you can upgrade through Sky to:

Upgrading is easy:
- On your Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass, head to My Sky, then Shop. Select Paramount+ from the app list, choose your new plan and follow the on-screen instructions.
- On the My Sky app, go to the TV section, tap Manage, then App Subscriptions. Select Paramount+, choose your new plan and follow the on-screen instructions. - Yes. Just download the Paramount+ app on your device and log in with your account details.

If you later cancel your Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema subscription, your Disney+ subscription and billing will automatically transfer back to Disney, and you will continue to be billed by Disney.
If you currently pay for an annual Disney+ subscription directly through Disney and choose to take the same Disney+ plan on a monthly rolling basis through Sky, Disney will refund to you the unused value of your annual subscription. Once that refund has been processed, your direct Disney+ subscription will end. If you later cancel your Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema subscription (as applicable), your Disney+ subscription will not automatically transfer back to Disney.

• Clause 14.3 is replaced with the following: "This minimum term will continue after your minimum term until it is ended in accordance with this condition 14."
Changes to 'Your minimum term for Sky Store and Box Office' whilst you have Sky TV Essentials:
• You can disregard Clause 2.6 in its entirety. If you upgrade from Sky TV Essentials in the future and take a new Sky channel subscription the changes above shall no longer apply
