Enzo Ferrari (played by Adam Driver)
Enzo Ferrari is a former motor racing driver and entrepreneur who has built his company into a world-renowned automobile business. But dealing with a volatile marriage, the struggle of acknowledging his son who he shares with Lina Lardi and bankruptcy of the company looming, Enzo’s life is in crisis.
Adam Driver is an American actor, who has received a number of acting accolades including Academy, Emmy and Tony Award nominations. Driver rose to prominence in his role in TV series Girls and is widely known for starring as Kylo Ren in the Star Wards trilogy.
Laura Ferrari (played by Penelope Cruz)
Laura Ferrari is Enzo Ferrari’s wife, who helped him build the Ferrari company from the ground up ten years ago. Their marriage is volatile with further strain added due to their shared grief following the loss of their son, Dino.
Penelope Cruz is a Spanish actress who is known for her talent as a film actress. Her acting career has seen her earn various accolades including a BAFTA Award and an Academy Award, as well as nominations for Emmy, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Awards. Lina Lardi (played by Shailene Woodley)
Lina Lardi is the mother of Enzo Ferrari’s other son, who he is struggling to acknowledge.
Shailene Woodley is an American actress who first gained prominence when she starred in the TV series The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Following this she appeared in a number of films including The Spectacular Now, The Fault in Our Stars and The Divergent Series. She also starred in TV series smash hit Big Little Lies – a role which saw her earn an Emmy nomination as well as a Golden Globe Nomination.
Piero Taruffi (played by Patrick Dempsey)
Piero Taruffi is a Ferrari driver.
Patrick Dempsey is an American actor and racing driver. His most notable role was in TV series Grey’s Anatomy where he played Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd. This role saw Dempsey earn Golden Globe nominations in 2006 and 2007. Outside of acting Dempsey is a motor-racing enthusiast having set up his own racing team, Dempsey Racing, in 2006.
Alfonso de Portago (played by Gabriel Leone)
Alfonso de Portago is a Spanish racing driver, who gained notoriety in the 1950s for his driving skills.
Gabriel Leone is a Brazilian actor who stars as Alfonso de Portago in the 2023 film, Ferrari. Leone became known nationally for his role in Hidden Truths a Brazilian telenovela and gained international recognition for his role in Amazon Prime series, Dom.
Peter Collins (played by Jack O’Connell)
Peter Collins is a British racing driver.
Jack O’Connell is an English actor who is best known for his role as James Cook in the British TV series, Skins. Following this role he appeared in a number of TV shows including Netflix series Godless, which saw him earn a Critics’ Choice TV Award nomination.
Linda Christian (played by Sarah Gadon)
