Everything you need to know about Daddio
Written and directed by Christy Hall, this movie is set in a New York yellow taxi and follows the conversation that takes place between taxi driver Clark (Sean Penn) and his passenger, known as Girlie (Johnson), as they travel from JFK to Manhattan.
The official synopsis reads:
“New York City. JFK airport. A young woman (Dakota Johnson) jumps into the backseat of a yellow taxi, the cabbie (Sean Penn) throws the vehicle into drive as the two head out into the night toward Manhattan, striking up the most unexpected conversations resulting in a single, epic, remarkable journey.”
