  • When can I upgrade?

    You can upgrade your phone whenever you like after the first 31 days of your contract.

  • How do I upgrade?

    Sign into My Account using your Sky iD and select My Devices. You can choose one of the phones on your account to upgrade and follow the easy steps to choose a new one.

  • What happens once I’ve chosen my new phone?

    You’ll need to send your old phone back to us, and we’ll use it to clear what’s left on your contract.

  • Will I have to pay anything to upgrade?

    There's no early upgrade admin or delivery fees. If you upgrade up to 12 months before your contract ends, we’ll use your old phone to clear what’s left on your contract. If you want to upgrade sooner, you’ll just need to pay off what’s left on your contract.

  • What if I want a new phone, but want to keep my old one too?

    That’s not a problem. You can just buy another phone and carry on paying for your old one too, until your contract ends.

  • My phone is damaged, can I still swap it?

    You’ll have to answer some questions about your phone when you choose to swap it. When we receive your old phone, we’ll check it and if it’s not in good working order then we may not be able to use it to pay off what’s left on your contract. We’ll contact you at this point to see what you’d like to do.

  • Will I get my new phone before I send my old one back?

    Yes, we’ll deliver your new phone along with some pre-paid packaging to send your old one back. That way, you’ll be able to transfer everything over to your new phone first.

  • When will I get my new phone once I’ve upgraded?

    You'll get your new phone the next working day (if your order is confirmed before 9pm Mon-Fri). Once you’ve got it, send your old phone back to us in the pre-paid packaging provided. When we receive your old phone, we’ll check it over and confirm what you’ll get it for within one working day.

  • Will my bill change when I swap?

    As long as you send your old phone back to us and it’s in good condition, we’ll use it to clear what’s left on your contract and your next bill will only be for your new phone.
