Go Hard or Go Home

Jordan North hosts a new adrenaline-fuelled series, 'Go Hard or Go Home', aimed to challenge eight unhappy Brits who want to take back control of their lives. In this series, the competitors are pushed to improve the quality of their lives through discipline, exercise and commitment. The eight unfit competitors are paired with eight pro athletes for a month of intensive and brutal challenges. The competitors must step outside their comfort zone and stretch their capabilities to avoid being sent home.
