The Americas with Simon Reeve

Simon Reeve begins an ambitious journey travelling the entire length of the Americas - in this first leg, Simon travels from Alaska and down through Canada to Vancouver.

In the second leg of his journey, Simon Reeve travels down the Rocky Mountains and meets a former Silicon Valley executive who has envisaged a new future for the land in Montana.

In the third leg of his journey, Simon Reeve is in the United States and travelling down the length of California to explore the land of the giant redwoods and the West Coast.

Simon Reeve travels through Texas and Mexico and joins the US Border Patrol - who pick up migrants who have illegally crossed the Rio Grande river in search of a new life - on the way.

In the fifth and final leg of his journey, Simon travels across Central America from the Caribbean to the Pacific by beginning in Belize and finishing his trip in Costa Rica.
