From steel to cheese, ceramics and shoes, the United Kingdom has manufactured products which became famous all over the world. Steph McGovern and a team of craftspeople explore the history of British manufacture by travelling around the country and learning how to make iconic items such as King's Pattern cutlery in Sheffield, and cheese in Wensleydale. They look at how certain products have shaped cities and the country and look at how traditional techniques have been adapted for the twenty first century.
