Sir David Attenborough takes a nostalgic look back at some of his career highlights. The episodes focus on four projects that had a huge impact on the naturalist. Attenborough introduces each project before past footage is played. `A Blank on the Map', which first aired in 1971, finds Attenborough travelling to New Guinea where he meets the Biami tribe. While in `The Lost Gods Of Easter Island' Attenborough goes on a personal mission to discover the history behind a carved wooden figurine that turned up in a New York auction room.
