`Abandoned Engineering' explores some of the world's biggest and most mysterious abandoned constructions, structures that, at the time, were among the most advanced engineering projects ever undertaken. Beyond the structures themselves, the team explores the histories and mysteries behind them, including what happened at infamous locations such as a former pirate city in Jamaica, a Croatian gulag and a Louisiana plantation. Other sites, such as an ancient burial sites in the United Kingdom, reveal past practices that seem haunting.
