Diving into the extraordinary worlds of six tiny animals as they embark on the biggest journeys of their lives. Against the odds, these animals overcome huge obstacles, giant predators, and natural disasters in their quest for survival. Each episode follows a different animal as they travel across rainforests, mountains and wetlands, including a tiny turtle hatchling, a baby bushbaby, a family of golden-headed lion tamarins and more.
