It's Garicia's 15th anniversary on the force and he becomes depressed about spending so much of his life on the job. The guys reluctantly throw him a party. (S1, E09)
The department receives a $1200 bonus to aid an initiative to help get people off the streets; Garcia decides to help a hooker that he met while undercover. (S1, E10)
