Monarch of the Glen

Episode 1. Reluctant Laird of Glenbogle, Archie MacDonald, plans to sell the family estate.

Episode 2. Archie is still adamant that the estate must be sold. Hector seems unable to face reality.

Episode 3. Archie's girlfriend, Justine, has arrived from London to see what he is up to.

Episode 4. An old friend of Hector's visits Glenbogle and discovers a secret love diary in the attic.

Episode 5. Archie's sister turns up, intent on converting Glenbogle into a healing centre.

Episode 6. Archie must take part in a traditional boat race against neighbouring landowner Kilwillie.

Episode 7. Archie flies to London so that his restaurant can serve the first grouse of the season.

Episode 8. Romantic and financial matters come to a head as Justine gives Archie an ultimatum.
