In this family adventure, viewers are given a new look on the world as they join a group of ducks on a mission to get to Jamaica in Migration.

Created by Illumination, the animation studios behind the iconic Despicable Me franchise, this story features an all-star cast and promises to be fun for the parents as well as the children.

The film grossed $298 million upon its worldwide release in December 2023, and was highly praised for its feelgood family story.

What is the official synopsis of Migration?

Migration follows the story of the Mallard family, led by mum Pam and overprotective dad, Mack, who is set against his children, Dax and Gwen, venturing too far into the world beyond their home at Moosehead Pond in New England.

After meeting a flock of ducks who are heading south to Jamaica, Mack is hesitant for his family to join them, but soon they decide to head off on a family adventure with their uncle Dan coming along too.

However, after flying into a rainstorm, they find themselves in New York City, and they find themselves in trouble with pigeons, and meeting a whole new world of people they could have never imagined - and dangers they couldn’t foresee.

Migration will be available to watch on Sky Cinema next month.

That means Sky Cinema and streaming service NOW are the only places in the UK where you can watch the movie as part of your Sky Cinema or NOW subscription, at no additional cost.

Migration is not available to watch in the UK on Netflix.
