Welcome to Sky VIP

All customers are eligible for Sky VIP rewards – this is an extra benefit for just being a Sky customer.

As it’s part of our standard service, you can't leave Sky VIP. But if you’ve signed up to receive updates from us about the latest rewards and experiences available to you, you can opt out of receiving these communications at any time.

To be eligible for Sky VIP, you’ll need to:

- Have one or more active Sky TV, Broadband and / or Mobile product.
- Be based in the UK or ROI, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

The Primary Sky iD holder and one Authorised Sky iD holder per household can access Sky VIP. Only one person – either the Primary Sky iD holder or the registered Authorised Sky iD holder – can redeem each reward, whoever's first.

Looking to access Sky Sports Rewards? Sky Sports Rewards are now exclusively available to active Sky Sports subscribers in the UK and ROI who are over 18 and have joined Sky VIP.

Customers without a Sky Sports subscription — or those on a one-month free trial — won’t have access.

Have Sky Mobile only? You'll need to go online to claim your VIP rewards, or by getting in touch.

In debt? You won’t be able to join Sky VIP. If you go into debt after joining, your account will be restricted and you won’t be able to redeem any rewards until the debt is cleared.

You can enter all our experiences and prizes on the Sky VIP section of the My Sky app. Open your My Sky app, select Sky VIP on the tab at the bottom of the screen and scroll through all your rewards.
