Get ready for your Sky Q swap...

So we can get you swapped and set up as quickly as possible, there’s just a couple of things you’ll need to do.

Swapping a Sky Q Mini box? Skip step 1.

  1. Remove your viewing card and keep it safe - You'll need this to activate your new box, otherwise, it could cause delays.
  2. Unplug your existing Sky Q box and have it ready to swap - If you're swapping your main box, carefully unscrew the satellite connection. Have your box, cables, power cables, and Sky Q remote ready before your courier arrives.
  3. Once your courier has dropped off your new box - Just pop your old equipment into the cardboard packaging your new box came in and hand it back to your courier.
