Which tier am I in?
Your Sky VIP tier is based on how long you’ve continuously had either Sky TV, Sky Mobile, Sky Talk and/or Sky Broadband:
- Silver: 0 – 3 years
- Gold: 3 – 8 years
- Platinum: 8 – 15 years
- Diamond: 15+ years
And the rewards you’ll get depend on which tier you’re in and the Sky products and services you have. Rewards are cumulative so, if you’re a Diamond Sky VIP, you’ll get all the benefits of Silver, Gold and Platinum.
If you cancel all your Sky services but then come back to us later, the length of time you’ve been with us will reset to zero and restart from your new activation date. Your Sky VIP tier will also reset to Silver.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Open your My Sky app and select Sky VIP, then scroll through your rewards to see what’s available. Select the rewards that take your fancy to find out more about them and how to redeem them.
Some rewards are available through our contact centres, but Sky VIP experiences and competitions can only be entered via the My Sky app.
Remember to keep checking back to find out what’s new.
Will Sky VIP rewards show on my bill?
If the reward is related to a Sky product or service, it’ll show on your bill as a Sky VIP reward.
What happens when I change tier?
You don’t need to do a thing. When you reach your anniversary, we’ll move you into your new tier and your shiny new rewards will appear in the My Sky app. You’ll still be eligible for all the rewards from previous tiers too.
