If you’re already with us, when you book you’ll get:

- A priority installation date.
- Sky Q at no extra cost, if you don’t already have it.

Before you contact us
You'll need to know your:
- Moving date.
- New address, including postcode.
To help us get you set up in your new home ASAP, please make sure you give us enough notice. For:
- Sky TV, Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk, we'll need two weeks’. If you have Sky Broadband and/or Talk, we'll also ask you when you'd like us to stop your services at your current address.
- Sky Mobile, we'll just need your new address. You'll keep everything you've got and can use it as normal.
