If you’re already with us, when you book you’ll get:

- A priority installation date.
- Sky Q at no extra cost, if you don’t already have it.

Before you contact us
You'll need to know your:
- Moving date.
- New address, including postcode.
To get you set up in your new home quickly, please make sure you give us enough notice. If you're moving:
- Sky TV, Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk, we'll need two weeks’ notice. For Sky Broadband and/or Talk, we'll also ask for the date you'd like your services to be stopped at the address you’re moving from.
- Sky Mobile, we'll just need your new address. Your service is continuous and won't stop when you move home.
