Moving home with Sky
It's quick and easy to book your Home Move with Sky.
Before you contact us
You'll need to know your:
- Moving date.
- New address, including postcode.
To ensure we get your Sky services set up in your new home in good time, please make sure you give us enough notice. If you're moving:
- Sky+, Sky+HD, Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk, we'll need two weeks’ notice. For Sky Broadband and/or Talk, we'll also ask for the date you'd like your services to be stopped at the address you’re moving from.
- Sky Q, we’ll need three weeks’ notice.
- Sky Mobile only, we'll just need your new address. Your service is continuous and won't stop when you move home.
