Getting started with Sky Yahoo Mail

To create an email account, you’ll need a Sky iD. If you want to open a second email account, you’ll need to create another separate Sky iD.

Sign up/Sign in to Sky Yahoo Mail:

  1. Go to sky.com and select Email from the menu bar.
  2. Sign in with your Sky iD (accept the Terms and Conditions if this is your first log-in).
  3. You'll be directed to your new Sky Yahoo Mailbox.

To then set up your desktop email client, select from the list below. You can also set up your emails on your mobile or tablet.

If you change your email password, you’ll need to synchronise your account by signing in with your Sky email address and new password. Then, update your mail client with your new password, using the instructions included below.

Please note: If you’ve already set up your desktop client and your emails aren’t working, you may be using the wrong settings. Use the instructions below to check whether you’re using POP or IMAP.
