Getting started with Sky Yahoo Mail

Create a Sky Yahoo Mail account

To create an email account, you’ll need a Sky iD. If you want to open a second email account, you’ll need to create another separate Sky iD.

  1. Go to sky.com and select Email from the top menu bar or go to Sky Yahoo Mail Sign In.
  2. Sign in with your Sky iD (accept the Terms and Conditions if this is your first log-in).
Or select Sign Up to create a Sky iD.

Set up Sky Yahoo Mail on your device

Follow the instructions below to set up emails on your mobile, tablet or computer.

If you access your emails on your device using an email app, such as Outlook or Apple Mail, we recommend you update to the latest version of the app. This helps to ensure your account is protected by modern security standards, as some older versions may be less secure.

Changing your password: If you change your Sky iD password, you’ll need to remember to update your email app with your new password, using the instructions below. Please note: You don’t need to update it if you used a unique app password to set up emails on your device.

Having problems? If you’ve already set up Sky Yahoo Mail on your device and your emails have stopped working, check the setup instructions for your email app below.
