Dougal is still struggling to come to terms with Amy's death. The Duffs visit Ken to tell him there's not enough room for the garage. There's a surprising change in Maggie's attitude towards Ken.
Maggie gives Ken a hard time on the work needed on her bus and gives him a second chance. Max shows up again with some associates to show them Glendarroch. Amy's sister arrives in the village.
Maggie refuses to pay the bill for the repairs on the bus. Dougals still finding it hard to bond with baby Donald. The locals become more disgruntled with Leslie poking around asking questions.
Leslie becomes interested in Mrs Cunningham's estate. Meanwhile. there is worry amongst the residents of the village about the intentions for Glendarroch.
Archie is acting strangely and David Blair announces his plans to get his brother free from prison earlier. Alan reveals a secret about himself that will change everything.
Fiona is run down after arguing with her mother so plans a trip to Edinburgh. Jimmy confronts David and warns him about bothering his mother further. Archie continues to avoid doing work.
Langemann announces that he doesn't plan to knock Glendarroch down. Business starts to look positive for Ken and there is a suspected thief in the village.
Alan goes to visit Andy Semple about the recent theft. Ken continues to get the business up and running but still awaits payment from Maggie. Elizabeth meets an architect about the renovations.
Dougal is showing little improvement so Alun confronts him. David asks Maggie about what exactly she remembers about the girl who was murdered in the village as he believes his brother is innocent.
Alan tries to figure out what to do with the problem with Andy. Dougal invites Alice to move in. Fiona returns from her trip and Alan goes to help John investigate the missing sheep.

Jimmy tells his Uncle David what his father had told him during his visit. Alice continues to spend time with Bob. Kay prepares a surprise for Alan which doesn't go to plan.
Maggie tries to convince Sorry to invest in Glendarroch. Kay waits for Alan's return to confront him about their relationship. Elizabeth tries to come up with a plan phase Max out of the business.

Maggie receives a letter from Sorry with an update of his venture. Alan sets of to Edinburgh to pick up Elizabeth. Miss Steedman tries to find out what David's plans are with Laird's Point.
Alan and Ken discuss Miss Steedman's plans. Alan and Kay go horse riding. Bob takes Alice to one of his favourite spots where he shows her the house that he plans to move into.
Fiona gets an early start as she sets off to pick up Jimmy. Alan requests that Lorna keeps the Estate files under lock and key. Bob informs Alan of poachers in Glendarroch.
Jimmy discusses his feelings about his father with his mum and Uncle David. Miss Steedman is trying to get locals out of their crofts. Isabel has a visit from Brian's parole officer.
Dougal has words with Miss Steedman, Bob gives the good news to Alice about the croft, and Lorna snaps at Ken when he tries to help her with her dilemma.
Ken helps Lorna with her money problems. When the bus breaks down Maggie witnesses a business transaction. Alice talks to grace about her concerns with her new relationship with Bob.
Dougal is caught off guard when Alice and Bob announce their engagement, Alice shares a secret from the past with Grace, and Lorna invites Ken to tea.
Mrs Cunningham visits the Lachlan Croft to see baby Donald and congratulate Alice on her engagement. Isabel tells Maggie off. Alan asks Kay to help him make sense of the letter from his wife.
Grace takes a turn but brushes it off as nothing when Alice confronts her. A debt collector shows up putting the screws on Lorna. David and Jimmy set off to pick up Jimmy's father.
Brian and Isabel are reunited. Bob's mysterious goings on are revealed. Dougal helps Bob with the paperwork for the croft. Brian finds it hard to adjust with the whole of Glendarroch watching him.
Grace has her worst turn yet causing concern among the Lachlan's, and Maggie is still upset over her words with Isabel and gives Brian a cold welcome.
Grace is in a bad way and needs to be taken to hospital. Isabel catches Brian up on what he has missed in Glendarroch whilst he was absent. Dougal is deeply worried about his mother.
Miss Steedman seems to have a change of heart for the people of Glendarroch when she feels helpless to do anything to help get Grace medical attention.
Maggie continues to wind up Brian with her theories. Dougal waits anxiously for an update on his mother. Alan and Elizabeth discuss Miss Steedman's strange behaviour.
Dougal finds the waiting for news increasingly difficult and begins to take it out on those around him. Lorna and Ken reschedule their dinner plans. Jimmy gets some good news.
