In the programme's second series, the famed chef expands his horizons to other areas of Southeast Asia - exploring the regional cuisine in Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand.

Episode 1Cambodia

Chef Gordon Ramsay sets off on another culinary adventure across Southeast Asia. The unusual delicacies on offer in Cambodia include fried tarantula and stuffed frog!

Episode 2Vietnam

Gordon Ramsay travels around Asia, nibbling on delicacies that are new to the Western palate. Gordon braves snake heart, barbecue duck and basket-caught squid in Vietnam.

Episode 3Malaysia

For this stop on his global gastronomic adventure Gordon Ramsay visits Malaysia, where he harvests nests for birds' nest soup and samples a broth made from bull-penis.

Episode 4Thailand

In Thailand, Gordon Ramsay learns to master some of the country's most delicious dishes and meets his match in a cook-off against Thai celebrity chef, McDang.
