The Hairy Bikers, aka Dave Myers and Si King, are riding high again and on a mission to prove that British food is the best in the world. It's a travelling history lesson, of sorts, as the Bikers make their way around the country and use food as a way to find out about Britain's past, from how the recipes evolved to the way in which the ingredients were produced. Along the way they meet the `food heroes' who are keeping Britain's gourmet heritage alive.
