Dewey Finn, a down-on-his-luck musician, takes a job as a substitute teacher at a prep school. To teach his students, he draws on his rock 'n' roll roots and inspires them to form their own rock band.

Freddy is forced to join the school's acapella group, jeopardizing School of Rock's chance to record their song. Problems mount when Freddy starts to prefer his new group. (S2, ep 7)
Is She Really Going Out With Him: Summer's jealousy of Freddy's new girlfriend gets the best of her when she befriends the girl and tries to sabotage their relationship. (S2, ep 6)
