The Regime
The official synopsis reads:
“The darkly comedic six-episode series tells the story of life within the walls of a modern authoritarian regime as it begins to unravel.

Mare of Easttown
Set in a fictional Philadelphia town, Winslet stars as Marianne ‘Mare’ Sheehan – a former hometown hero turned troubled detective whose life is hanging on by a thread.
While her personal life is in tatters, including a divorce and a custody battle for her dead son’s child, Mare is forced to put things aside when a murder of a teenage mother rocks the community.
Told through seven episodes, the thrilling drama focuses on a whodunnit that digs up the past and puts Mare’s abilities and wits to the test.

A Christmas classic, The Holiday stars Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz as Iris and Amanda, two women who, unhappy in their life, decide to swap homes for the festive season to get away from their separate issues.
Iris finds herself in Los Angeles, while Amanda lands in a picturesque English cottage, and both find their lives changing forever when they meet and fall in love with local men who show them how the other half live.

Mildred Pierce
Mildred Pierce follows the life of a desperate mother in the middle of the Great Depression who, after discovering her husband has been unfaithful, is forced to figure out her own way in the world.
As she opens her own restaurant, Mildred has to juggle becoming a career woman while also dealing with her spoiled and entitled daughter.
The five-episode drama was so successful on its release in 2011, it took home 26 awards that year - with Winslet taking home lead actress gongs at the Golden Globes and the Primetime Emmys.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Joel and Clementine have the perfect relationship - until they don’t. Wrecked by the discovery Clementine has paid to have her memory of him wiped from her brain after their break-up, Joel opts to go through the same procedure. Only, as he goes through the memories, he begins to realise why they fell in love in the first place, and maybe the memory of love is something too precious to be deleted.
Winslet was nominated for an Oscar for her performance as Clementine, with the film winning Original Screenplay at the 2005 ceremony.

The Life of David Gale
David Gale has dedicated his life fighting for the abolition of the death penalty, but finds himself facing just that following the rape and murder of another activist, Constance Hallaway. With just three days left before his execution, David attempts one final Hail Mary by granting journalist Bitsey Bloom (Winslet) an exclusive interview on his life.
But as her meetings with David continue, Bitsey soon finds herself falling down a rabbit hole of lies and deception as she begins to doubt David’s guilt - but is on a literal deadline to prove his innocence.

Birds of a Feather
Some fun for the family, 2019 movie Birds Of A Feather is an animated comedy following Manou, a swift who struggles to fit in.
Raised by seagulls who he never blended with, Manou fights to earn the respect of the birds around him as he embraces who he really is.
Winslet stars as Blanche, the wife of strong-willed seagull colony leader Yves, who first takes Manou into the group.

This 2015 film covers the life of Steve Jobs as he creates and builds the Apple empire.
The story follows three key points of the company’s life - ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac.
Winslet stars as Joanna Hoffman, one of the original members of the Macintosh team, joining the company in its infancy.
Directed by Danny Boyle and written by Aaron Sorkin, Steve Jobs was nominated for two Oscars at that year’s Academy Awards.
