Twelve amateur bakers compete against each other to win the title of Greatest British Baker in the successful series `The Great British Bake Off'. Each round sees an aspiring baker eliminated, until finally the winner gets selected from the remaining contestants. Their skills on all the baking essentials like cakes, breads, pastries and desserts are tested in each round, and the difficulty increases as the competition unfolds. The judges are set to taste all the goods created carefully by the contestants, and the audience is able to follow all the trials and tribulations with a wholesome twist.

Episode 6Pastry Week

The remaining bakers face a triple challenge in pastry week. They make a savoury signature, a multi-layered technical, and an ambitious traditional pie that really tests them. S8, Ep6

Episode 7Italian Week

For Italian week, the bakers create a Sicilian signature and a deceptively tricky technical. The heat is on with a showstopper in the hottest temperatures recorded in the tent. S8, Ep7

Episode 8Forgotten Bakes Week

The remaining five bakers go back in time with unfamiliar recipes for forgotten bakes week. There's a sweet and savoury signature challenge and Prue sets a boozy technical. S8, Ep8

Episode 9Patisserie Week (Semi-Final)

It's the semi-final and the remaining four bakers must prove themselves in patisserie week. Prue and Paul set them a choux bun challenge that really puts on the pressure. S8, Ep9

Episode 10The Final

It's the final and just three bakers remain. The demanding challenges include classic British ginger biscuits and a high-end patisserie showstopper. Who will be crowned winner? S8, Ep10
