The course of true love never did run smooth, but it's bumpier for mild-mannered health food shop owner George Sunday than most. He'd like nothing more than to spend quality time wooing his girlfriend, Janet, but George has a secret: He's actually Thermoman, a superhero from another planet. And just how is a bloke supposed to pitch woo when he's constantly having to save Earth from one interplanetary menace or another?

Ardal O'Hanlon, foil to Father Ted and stand-up star, is George whose life as superhero Thermoman is in jeopardy. He fights to keep his identity a secret from Janet's mother.

Superhero sitcom silliness. George is working hard in the health shop to save money to buy Janet a much-needed car. And Arnie is given back his powers - but can he be trusted?

The supremely silly superhero sitcom. George's old schoolboy enemy arrives from Ultron and proceeds to mess up George's life as a superhero, as well as his life with Janet.

Episode 5Pregnant

Father Ted's Dougal dons tights and exterior underpants. Janet is surprised when she falls pregnant. George thinks he's done her a favour, but has he created a monster?

Episode 6Wedding

Janet is expecting George's baby, but with an Ultron pregnancy lasting a mere six days, the couple face a race against time to marry before the child is born out of wedlock.
