Warning: Major spoilers ahead

Carrie

And just like that…Aidan’s replied to Carrie’s email. After deciding to reconnect over dinner, Charlotte is excited that their catch-up is happening on Valentine’s Day – surely a sign.

However, Carrie begins to believe he has stood him up when she is left waiting for him to arrive. When she realises she’s at the wrong restaurant, she tries to leave, to find Aidan standing outside, just about to come in and join her.

With the pair finally both single and on the same page, the rest of their catch-up goes well, with Carrie even being walked back to her apartment by Aidan.

However, he’s thrown off by realising she’s still in the same apartment as when he last saw her – and refuses to step foot in it, claiming it holds too many memories. While it looks like they’re about to call things off, Aidan proposes instead heading to a hotel room, and Carrie agrees.

Anthony

Anthony’s HotFellas business is given a major boost when he is invited to appear on The Drew Barrymore Show alongside one of his workers. However, when all of his employees suddenly quit, he is left scrambling.

Thankfully, Charlotte is around to save the day, and after encountering soulful young poet Giuseppe, offers him the job for $300.

Giuseppe and his “baguette” in his tight uniform proves to be a massive hit for both Drew and the audience, and soon orders are flying in. Knowing Giuseppe was responsible for the uptick, Anthony decides to keep him on for another week.

Miranda

A newly-single Miranda faces the prospect of having a Valentine’s Day alone – her first in years and the first since coming out. But she catches a break when she sparks a connection with her romantic audiobook narrator, Amelia Carcy.

Amelia changes plans and the pair end up spending the evening at her apartment. But Miranda quickly realises she’s over-romanticised Amelia’s lifestyle, and when she goes to wash her sheets, quietly ducks out.

Meanwhile, Che takes up their old job at the veterinary clinic and puts their apartment on Airbnb in order to make some extra cash.

Charlotte

Harry and Charlotte flee their house when Lily – still heartbroken – decides to throw an anti-Valentine’s Day party to cheer herself up.

Charlotte later accompanies Rock for their modelling agency auditions but to Charlotte’s complete shock and disappointment, Rock reveals that they don't want to model anymore.

At their Valentine’s dinner with Harry, Charlotte moans about her kids, but a sudden dizzy spell leaves her worrying she’s having a stroke and whisked away to hospital. With the pair frantic, they’re relieved to find out it was one of Lily’s friends’ weed brownies that caused her dizzy spell, having swiped one before dinner.

Although it was just a small scare, Charlotte realises she wants a bit more of a life of her own and decides to call up Marcus Kasabian and ask if that job is still available.

Lisa

Lisa gets worried that her son is going to sleep with his girlfriend in her and Herbert’s bed while they’re out, so takes the innovative step of booby-trapping it so no funny business can happen while she’s out to dinner.

However, she returns home to find something much worse has gone down – with the girlfriend in her closet instead.
