How does A League Of Their Own work?

A League Of Their Own sees two teams of three face off against each other, collecting points to be crowned winner of each episode and, eventually, the series.

Round 1 is a ranking round, where both teams rate three different sportspersons according to the question.

Round 2, Guest List, involves both teams having to guess the answers given by a sportsperson about his or her sport.

The Final Challenge, the third and final round, sees two members of each team have to answer questions for as long as the third team member can sustain a physical challenge in the studio.

Season 19, which launched on January 8, has thrilling challenges including Pop Star Penalties and the daring Trophy Lift tightrope crawl. Expect dramatic boxing-style entrances, a velodrome sprint with Olympic cyclists, and a freestyle swim showdown. Epic finales like Human Darts and the intense Mount Olympus race cap off the action-packed competition
