Ready for a brand new phone or tablet?

Phones

  • With Sky Mobile, you can upgrade your phone for a brand new one any time you like*.

*You may not swap within the first 31 days of your credit agreement.

Tablets

  • Swap24 - upgrade your tablet for a new one every 24 months.
  • Swap36 - get our lowest monthly price and upgrade your tablet every 36 months.
    You can't upgrade a tablet any earlier than every 24 or 36 months.

Ready to upgrade?

To check if you can, go to sky.com/upgrade (My Account > Mobile). Sign in with your Sky iD and select the phone or tablet you want to upgrade.

Save on your upgrade

Cash in your unused data from your Sky Piggybank for savings on your new phone or tablet. Any unused data you cash in will go towards the total amount of your new device. It can’t be used to pay off any outstanding balance on your credit agreement (if applicable).

Ways to upgrade

  • Swap your phone or tablet for a new one. Just choose the phone or tablet you to want to upgrade to and once you've got your new one, send your old one back to us. We'll put the value of your phone or tablet towards what's left to pay on your credit agreement.
  • Upgrade and keep your old one too. Just carry on paying for it, as well as your new one, until your credit agreement ends.

Max. 5 devices and 5 plans per account.

  • You can also send your phone back to us, without buying a new one. We’ll give you a value for it to go towards what’s left to pay on your credit agreement.
