Problems accessing Sky Yahoo Mail

If you’re having problems viewing or accessing your Sky Yahoo Mail, try the steps below to fix the problem.

Problems using email apps

Requested URL too large

If you get a Request-URL Too Large error when trying to access your Sky email account or reset your password on a mobile or tablet app, these steps should get you up and running again.

Error 288 or Access Denied

When you sign into your Sky email, you might get:

  • Error 228 - To fix this, you'll need to contact us and tell us your public IP address.
  • Access Denied - To fix this, you'll need to contact us and tell us your public IP address, and the full reference number that's displayed on the error page.

To contact us, select Yes to the question at the bottom of the page.
