Problems accessing Sky.com Mail from your email app

We've made some changes to the way that you access Sky Yahoo Mail via email apps.

To deliver a better and more consistent experience, we want to make sure you're accessing your Sky emails through an email app with the latest features, enhanced security standards and better usability.

Sky.com email will no longer support out-of-date versions of some email apps that you might use to access your sky.com mailbox on your mobile, tablet or other device.

To continue accessing your emails through an email app, you’ll need to update to the latest software version then follow the steps below.

You can still sign in and access your emails via sky.com and you don't need to change your email password.

Supported email apps

  • Apple Mail on iOS 9.0 or later
  • Apple Mail on macOS 10.11 El Capitan or later
  • Gmail on Android version 5.0 (Lollipop) or later

  • Outlook 365 and 2019 (Windows)

If you've recently changed your password

If you currently use an out-of-date version of an email app to access your Sky.com email and have recently changed your password, you'll need to update your email app to the latest version first before you can continue accessing your emails through an email app.

Please see the information above on out-of-date email apps and the steps to take to update these.
